Michigan Senate Passes Rail Infrastructure Loan Program
    

The Michigan Senate has passed S.B. 28, which if adopted by the House and signed by the Governor will provide $3 million each year to a revolving fund for rail infrastructure improvements.  Loans made by the program will be interest free and must be paid back.
