Amtrak #353
pushed WB on approach to the Jackson Depot - 6/11/01. The
"engine" is actually a former engine - now a baggage car with
controls for the engine at the rear which is pushing the train.
This push-pull operation negates the need to turn the train at
the end of the trip and offers some safety to the engineer in
case of collision at a grade crossing.
