Description:

The Ann Arbor Railroad Hallett Tower, on the north side of Toledo, Ohio.  Hallett controls a junction with the CSX Toledo Terminal.   The operator also acts as dispatcher for the AA line north to Osmer (north of Ann Arbor, Michigan).  October, 2002
