Natural Resource:

Iron ore, hard, red, high phosphorus. Crushed, part screened.  Grade shipped in 1950: Wauseca.

Location:

SE-NW and SW-NE (Wauseca); E 1/2-NW-SE (Aronson) Sec. 23, T43N-R35W.

Production Years:

Wauseca opened in 1926, shipped through 1929.  Stockpile shipments in 1940 and 1941.  Aronson has shipped each year 1942 to 1960's.

Underground.  Sub-level stoping.

Depth / Size:

Depth:  1,142 feet.

Owner/Agent:

Original owner Mineral Mining Company.  Assigned to Hanna Coal and Ore Corp. in 1941.
