The Amtrak Niagara Rainbow exits the tunnel in Windsor

Amtrak No. 64, the Niagara Rainbow, with EMD E-8 in the lead, exits the Penn Central Detroit-Windsor Tunnel on the Windsor side, headed for the depot and points beyond.  Amtrak, which was about 7 years old at this point, still depended heavily on power and cars obtained from former railroad operators.  August, 1978.
