Milan, north of

East side of Platt Road north of Stoney Creek Road.

Old concrete bridge supports for the proposed interurban line between Milan and Ann Arbor are still there.

This interurban line was graded and

some bridge supports were put in

but the rail was not laid.

Memory... of area farmers bringing milk canisters to the depot to put on the daily mixed train headed for Ypsilanti.

The old Michigan Central Freight House.  The MCRR passenger depot is on the north side across from the freight house.
