1916: The Michigan
Railroad Commission reports that the DBC&W Ry. crosses six spur tracks
of the Michigan Central Railroad at Bay City. The crossings are
protected by gates, normally against the traffic on said spurs.
They also cross the Pere Marquette Belt Line at Bay City, the same being
protected by the full-interlocking system. [MCR-1916 pg. 47]
