Above, an old postcard view of the Pere Marquette Depot at New Buffalo, probably in the very early 1900's.  [Alan Loftis Collection]  Below, a newer CSX/C&O/Pere Marquette depot and yard office at New Buffalo.  This is now (2003) used as by the CSX signal and maintenance of way departments.  At one time, this building was two stories and houses a railroad YMCA/hotel on the upper floor.  It was closed a long time ago due to fire hazards.  [Alan Loftis photo, info from Dan Gless]
