(Above) The Michigan Central Railroad depot at Wolverine, photographed in 2002 [Mark Dobronski].   Below:  An older view of the depot and water tower.  Note the water standpipe near the track which was used to water the locomotive tender.  The tower dwarfs the depot!  The depot was built in 1909 and is now used as a residence.  The tracks no longer exist through this location.
