  • (32.13 miles west of the St. Ignace dock).  Chesborough Brothers built a sawmill at Wilwin in 1916.  They built one logging railroad north from their mill at Wilwin and one logging railroad south from Wilwin.  The town is named after Will and Erwin Wilwin.  Wilwin is on Wilwin Road (No. 3145) north from H-40.  [CB/MIHX8]
