major repair facilities on the MCRR - the other one being in St. Thomas,

shop buildings at the MCRR's Jackson facility. A coal tender, sans
locomotive sits in front of the building. This building still
stands today and is used as a warehouse. (Below) Another shop
building at the Jackson Yards. Note the track inspector who is
posing for this picture with his velocipede.
