Comment from Carl Bejema:  The turntable pit (depression in 2003) on the south side of the right of way at Carey is west of Kings Highway and just south of the Little Manistee River.  Coordinates are 44 degrees 02.012N and 085 degrees 43.446W.  Carey, also known as Careyville and currently known as Carrieville, was 14.51 miles from Milton Junction, where the Manistee Branch left the main line of the GR&I.  The first GR&I turntable was at Carey and the GR&I moved this turntable east approximately 3 miles to Luther.
