The DSS&A built a five-mile branch from Soo Junction to the Hunter & Love Lumber Company mill on the Tahquamenon River in 1911. The 24-inch gauge Toonerville Trolley operates on this branch going from Soo Junction to the Tahquamenon River where Hunter's mill was located. |
