A postcard view of the Toonerville Trolly which runs between Soo Jct. Michigan and the Tahquamenon River, near Tahquamenon Falls.  The narrow gauge shortline railroad continues to run as a tourist route. Below, another photograph taken at Soo Junction in 1941.

Below, a 2003 photo of an old DSS&A maintenance shed at Soo Jct.  [T. J. Gaffney]

The DSS&A Sault Ste. Marie branch left the DSS&A main line at this junction.  The passenger and freight station was located west of the junction switch to St. Ignace. [MIRX8]
