  • The Hemlock depot has been preserved by the Saginaw Railroad Museum on Maple Street, along with a number of cars and a couple of locomotives.  Information from Bill Heilig.

An early photo of the PM depot in Hemlock.  [Alan Loftis Collection]  Below, the restored depot which is located at the Saginaw Valley Railroad Museum [Alan Loftis photo].  According to the Museum, this depot was built in 1907.  Passenger service to Hemlock was discontinued in 1946, though a freight agent worked in the depot until 1975.
