The Detroit, Bay City &
Western trestle near Ruby, on their main line, in 1926. This
bridge was not far from the Pere Marquette's Avoca Bridge. The
bridge was a "stick-pole" bridge and the railroad used it as a way to
get into Port Huron. It was built in the early 1920's and was gone
