Detroit Terminal

Davison Yard was on the Detroit Terminal Railroad south of Nevada between Mound and Ryan Roads.  This was the Detroit Terminal's largest yard, and was home to their locomotive roundhouse and shops.  The yard appears on a c. 1940 map of Detroit but the dates of operation are uncertain.  The yard and most of the Detroit Terminal Railroad have been removed.  Part of the yard property is now used for a state prison.
