A eastbound Penn Central 6115, a SD-45 leads a general merchandise train over the Toledo Terminal diamond at Vickers, OH.  Other than the name on the engine, not much has changed at Vickers since this photo was taken.  Vickers is now known as CP 285 on the Norfolk Southern, a name it received when the New York Central closed the tower in favor of Centralized Traffic Control in the 1950's.  [Charlie Whipp photo].
