Oil Refinery: Secony Mobil Oil Company, Trenton, MI

The Secony Vacumn (Mobile) Oil refinery was located on the southwest corner of West Road and Allen Road. The facility was capable of processing 29,000 barrels of oil per day. The refinery, which is now closed, is on the present location of a WalMart store. Storage tanks continue toi exist on the west side of the site. The site was served by a small yard on the DT&I Dearborn branch (just northeast of Flat Rock yard).
