This was a 3' gauge logging railroad.
July 11, 1918. Boyne Falls. Peger Skop, brakeman on the Cobbs and Motchell railroad, slipped and fell beneath the wheels of his train while working out of Boyne Falls. One wheel p;assed over the middle of his body, but did not break his back or cut the flesh. He is in a serious condition, however, from internal injuries. [YEX]
