Station: Pierson, MI
Pierson was settled about 1856 in western Montcalm County. The town was incorporated as a village in 1873. [MPN]
Pierson was located on the Grand Rapids & Indiana main line running from Grand Rapids north to Mackinaw City, specifically about five miles south of Howard City.
