Bagdad MI railroadsBagdad, in Marquette County, was the site of a stone quarry in the 1850's. The settlement was six miles west of Marquette and given a station on the Duluth, South Shore & Atlantic railway about 1890. Bagdad Junction is located about one mile west of here. [MPN]
