Station: Kerston, MI

Kerston station was located at the crossing of the D&M Hillman Branch and the Boyne City, Gaylord & Alpena main line. It is not known whether a townsite was ever located here.  The crossing of these two lines had very little rail traffic on either line (perhaps 1-2 trains on the D&M branch, and a couple of trains on the BCG&A. According to the D&M employee timetable, this was a gated crossing.
