Notes

The Lucky Mine was located in Negaunee, just west of Empire Junction in Marquette County.

A reserve property acquired in 1921 from Breitung Hematite Mining Co. by the Lucky Star Mining CFo., a subsidiary of Jones & Laughlin Steel Corp. Small shipments in 1926-1928 by trespass. CCI which now owns a part interest (1950) made shipments in 1949 from this property through the Athens. To be operated with the Athens beginning in 1954.
