1901. Consolidated the Muskegon Traction Company.

1919. August 8. A riot of 1,000 or more people destroy the cars of the Muskegon Traction and Lighting Company after the company attempts to raise rates to 7¢ per mile. One dies and others are prosecuted. See story below.

1929. Ended operations.
