Western Michigan Normal School RailroadNotes

Western Michigan Normal School (later Western Michigan University) operated an incline railway to bring students up and down a hill to campus. It operated from 1908 until 1947.

Two cars were operated by cable in tandem , powered by an electric motor at the top  [CERA-103]
