Ahmeek was founded in 1904 and became a village in 1909. [MPN] The Ahmeek Mine was located here. (See Mining Page).

1907. The DSS&A had a water tower here.

1910. An addition is being built to the Ahmeek station of the Mineral Range railroad. [CN-1910-0629]
