East Wye was located at the east end of Hogan Ore Yard in Negaunee.
Trains heading east from here on the Soo Line to Marquette, next crossed the LS&I at Eagle Mills Crossing. That location was later renamed Diamond Junction when the crossing was removed in the early 1980's.
