Location: Eagle Mills Crossing, MI

Eagle Mills Crossing was an interlocked crossing of the DSS&A Negaunee to Marquette main line and the LS&I line from Eagle Mills west to Negaunee via Maas Mine and later Mather A and B mines. It was located south of County Road 492 and 1,000 feet west of M-35 near the existing Eagle Mills yard. This was MP 66 on the LS&I and MP 162.93 on the DSS&A. After the crossing was removed in 1986, a junction was created, and the location was renamed to Diamond Junction.
