Station: Bergland, MI
Bergland was founded about 1900 and there was an early saw mill here. [MPN] The town is at the north edge of Lake Gogebic about 12 miles south of White Pine in Ontonagon County. The Duluth, South Shore & Atlantic built their branch line to White Pine from a junction off their main line here.
