Bridge: Manistique River Bridge, Manistique, MI - (CN)
The predessor to the Soo Line railroad built this bridge in 1899 over the Manistique River here. It is 280' long. It was built by the Gillette-Herzog Manufacturing Company. The nameplate on the bridge indicated that it could hold "2-160 ton loco's". [UPM] It is used today by the CN.
