Location: Coach Yard, Detroit, MI (FSUD)
The Fort Street Union Depot served the Pere Marquette, Wabash and Pennsylvania railroads in downtown Detroit. The yard for marshalling passenger trains was known as the Coach Yard and located here. [MCTC-1950]
Notes
Located in the north side of the Union Belt main line northeast of the Ambassador bridge. The yard had at least seven tracks. [PHO]
