Station: Sunnyside, MI (Wayne County)

Sunnyside was located on Grosse Isle, on the Michigan Central's Bridge Division (running between the mainland and Amherstberg, Ontario via a ferry). Sunnyside was 1.5 miles east of the MC station at Grosse Isle, which was on the east side of the island near Stony Island.

Time Line

1911. Two passenger trains per day each way served the island and both stopped at Sunnyside. [ETT/1911]
