Allegan County has nine cities (Allegan, Douglas, Fennville, Holland (partial), Otsego, Plainwell, Saugatuck, South Haven (partial) and Wayland. It has two villages (Hopkins and Martin) and 24 townships. Allegan is the county seat.
The current population (2020) is 120,502.
