Location: Craigsmere, MI
Craigsmere was a hamlet eleven miles north northwest of Watersmeet in Ontonagon County. It was 3 miles west of Paulding.
This was on a logging branch of the MLS&W (C&NW) proceeding north from Watersmeet.
Notes
This may have been near the location of Sucker Creek.
Time Line
1983. The MLS&W railway has extended service between Watersmeet and Craigsmere to Choate. [DFP-1893].
