Station: Owosso, MI - GTW Facilities

The Grand Trunk Western main line split into two lines going west from Owosso. The main line continued towards Grand Rapids and South Haven. A branch line went northwest to Ashley and then to Muskegon.

GTW Owosso Freight Yard Image info: Top, a 1932 blueprint view of the GTW depot, yard, engine house and coal dock at Owosso. This facility appears to be just east of the GTW/MC diamond between Cedar and Michigan (M-52) streets on the south side of the tracks. It is now a city DPW yard.
